I was ordering from out of state for my niece and it was very easy to do. She said the flowers and arraignment were "perfect" She did have to ask me what shop I used cause she couldn't find the name on the card and thought it odd to not advertise at all that way ("How do I know where to buy flowers from?") I did appreciate the email letting me know they have been delivered. Overall I had a positive experience.

Yes, we did miss your delivery on thursday due to excessive business and then the water main broke and we had water gushing from ceiling. However, We did deliver the next day with more flowers, added candy and a bear with an apology note because we DO CARE and want everyone to be happy. I am sorry that we missed your order date and I hope that you can see that we do try our best. thanks for using us for your flower needs and if you ever use again I hope that we can reprove ourselves to you. We had over 300 orders & I hope that we eventually wowed your valentine's for you.

I tried to order this same floral arrangement by going through 1800 flowers. They were difficult to deal with and after hours of trying to have this bouquet ordered they informed me they were unable to find a florist in Kokomo to fill it. I then contacted Ivan and Rick they were wonderful very pleasant to work with and the funeral bouquet was GORGEOUS!! Thank you!! Blessings!! Caren

The bouquet itself was beautiful, however it was in the wrong container. It was sent in a wicker basket and it was suppose to be a birch log.

We are glad that you liked your flower arrangement but unhappy that we had to substitute the basket. It states we are able to makes substitutions when necessary and unfortunately at the time we did not have a birch log.
It does state;"When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture. No two arrangements are exactly alike and color and/or variety substitutions of flowers and containers may be necessary."

My husband sent me flowers to congratulate me on a new job. He rarely sends flowers. I received them and they were gorgeous and smelled terrific. I was quite disappointed when the next day they already were withering and falling off. By the third day, I had to throw them out. Very disappointing after $70+. They were absolutely gorgeous, but they should have lasted much longer than a day.

The flowers were beautiful but the call right before I was to get them delivered was a bad experience. It took my surprise of getting flowers right out the door. I don't know why you would call asking for me and telling me I had a flower delivery. The surprise and feeling of joy was ruined.

I am glad that you loved your flowers arrangement. But I am sorry that the surprise was ruined by the phone call. Unfortunately that is a shop policy to call so we know that someone will be home. Especially when it is cold outside, we do not want the flowers to freeze and be subjected to the cold any longer than possible.
